The traditional house in Tokyo
Ichikura House (市倉家住宅) is one of the traditional house located in Arukino, Tokyo. It was constructed in the late Edo period. It has all kinds of the typical features of farmer's lifestyle in that time. The building has 5 rooms and a 1 earth floor kitchen, and the structure is also a common style of Edo period. It is well preserved and opened for public today.
