Akeno Sunflower Festival (明野ひまわり祭り) is one of the best sunflower festival in Japan. Akeno has the longest sunshine time in Japan that makes beautiful sunflowers. There are about 600,000 Sunflowers blooms from the end of July to middle of August. In this festival, there are food stands and dance performance.
