Basho Garden (芭蕉庵史跡展望庭園) is located in Koto, Tokyo Metro. It was used to be the house of Matsuo Basho. There is a statue of Matsuo Basho which spins around at night. It is located nearby Sumida River. There are pictures of Ukiyoe that has the views that Matsuo Basho used to watch.

Basho Memorial Museum
Basho Memorial Museum is the famous Haiku Master Matsuo Basho located in Koto, Tokyo Metro. Matsuo Basho lived 1680 to 1694 at this area. At this museum, there are many Basho related items in this museum and some of them are original Basho's item.
Saito-an
It is the ruins of the house of Basho's student where Basho started to his last journey "Narrow road to interior." Saitoan was hermitage of Sugiyama Sanpu, a disciple of haiku poet Matsuo Basho. Sanpu was one of Basho's top ten most gifted disciples. Saitoan was originally located 140m south of this sign at what is now 1-8 Fukagawa.
