Tottori (鳥取県) prefecture is one of Chugoku Region located in Sea of Japan side. It is also considered as the one of Sanin Region. North side of Tottori faces Sea of Japan and south side of it is Chugoku mountains. Therefore, it is one of heavy snow area. There are many nature spots, such as Sakyu and Mt. Daisen. Sakyu is a natural dirt hill located on a beach and most famous object in Tottori. Mt. Daisen is very popular mountain in western Japan. It is chosen as one of four best mountains. There are also many Onsen in Tottori.
