Nakasuji House (旧中筋家住宅) is one of the traditional houses in Wakayama. It is Samurai house constructed in 1852. Because of its historical value, it is registered as the national important historical asset. The house has Nagaya Gate, main house, 3 storages and 2 styles of garden. The main house has 3 stories and over 20 rooms. Nakasuji family was one of strong land owner of Wakayama.

Nakasuji House

Nakasuji House is one of the national important historical assets located in Wakayama Prefecture. It is a large Samurai House constructed in 1852. It was used for Shoya, local governor office, during Edo period.

The main gate is a Nagayamon gate that has many rooms for government offices.

The main house has over 20 rooms and 3 stories. The guest room has 20 tatami and in front of the room has large dry style garden.
