Ashikaga Fireworks Festival (足利花火大会) is one of the biggest fireworks in Kanto. It happens in the early August. The history of the Fireworks is over 100 years. Over 20,000 fireworks launch at this festival, and Niagara Fireworks is the main feature of this festival.

The fireworks will be shot at Watarase River. There are many temporary restrooms in this festival. Over half-million people join this festival, and there is regulation of traffics. Better to visit by train.
