Asagaya Pearl Center (阿佐ヶ谷パールセンター) is a shopping street with an arcade, or Shotengai in Japanese. Shotengai is Japanese style life support system for civilians. This arcade street is about 1km and there are many restaurants, food stands, vegetable stores, clothing shops, meat shop and any kinds of daily glossary stores. In August, it has excellent Tanabata Festival.
