Kasumigaura Fureailand Tower(霞ヶ浦ふれあいランドタワー) has a great view of Lake Kasumigaura. It is located on the north-east side of Lake Kasumigaura. The observatory is about 50m tall from the grand level. You can enjoy 360 panorama view with Mt. Fuji, Lake Kasumigaura, Mt. Tsukuba and all Kanto field.

Admission: 600 yen for adult, 300 yen for kids. There is a group discount.
Time: 9:30 to 16:30 (last entry is 16:00)
Close: Monday. If the monday is holiday, then Tuesday is closed.
